1. All Sales Are Final for Underwear Products
Due to hygiene and health considerations, all underwear products sold by Todetana are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once purchased.
This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, tried on, worn, washed, or otherwise used.
2. Discounted and Promotional Purchases
Any item purchased using a coupon code, discount code, promotional offer, sale pricing, bundle promotion, clearance pricing, or any other special offer is considered a final sale item.
Products purchased under any discount or promotional pricing are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
Upon review and approval, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

- Opened products
- Worn products
- Washed products
