1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may experience delays.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Todetana is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Todetana is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, weather disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating missing shipments.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Todetana is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

9. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

If the customer chooses not to have the package resent, any refund will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations, regions, or countries where shipping services are unavailable or restricted.
