Cancellation policy

Certain products offered by Todetana may be available for purchase on a pre-order basis.
A pre-order allows customers to reserve an item before it becomes available for shipment. Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing, production, transportation, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
1. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-order items may be collected at the time the order is placed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is not currently available for immediate shipment and that delivery timelines may change.
2. Pre-Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has entered fulfillment or shipment preparation.
Once a pre-order has been processed for fulfillment, packed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Todetana reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if fulfillment activities have already begun.
3. Shipping Delays
All estimated shipping dates are approximate and are subject to change.
Todetana shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
- Manufacturing delays
- Supplier delays
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
4. Combined Orders
If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock items, Todetana may ship the items together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers wishing to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.
5. Product Changes
Product packaging, colors, specifications, and minor design details may vary from images shown during the pre-order period.
Todetana reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to products prior to shipment.
6. Refunds and Returns
After a pre-order has shipped, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to hygiene considerations, underwear products remain non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Products purchased using coupons, discount codes, promotional pricing, clearance pricing, bundle offers, or other discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
7. Right to Cancel
Todetana reserves the right to cancel any pre-order due to inventory limitations, production issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Todetana cancels a pre-order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
